Quote flow. The current quote form runs locally in your browser and prepares a prefilled email. Nothing is sent to Arkea-Tech until you choose to send that email.

Data categories after contact. We may process the name, email address, company, project information, budget and timeline, files or brief, and communication history you voluntarily provide. We do not sell personal data.

Purposes and legal bases. We use this information to respond to requests and take steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, to perform and manage an agreed project or contract, and, where applicable, for legitimate interests in B2B follow-up, project administration, security and business records. We rely on consent where a specific processing activity requires it.

Retention. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the enquiry or project, and afterwards only as needed for legitimate business records and applicable legal or accounting obligations.

Recipients. Access is limited to Arkea-Tech and, where needed, service providers or independent project specialists who require the information for hosting, communications, file handling, project delivery, accounting or legal support, as applicable.

International transfers. If a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area or another protected jurisdiction, appropriate legal safeguards are used where required.

Your rights. Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority. We do not intentionally use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies at present.

The site may use your browser's local storage to remember your language preference and for necessary technical behaviour.
